Production Setup

Product Development

Our development team plays a critical role in the setup. They ensure development of recipe and standards on mini-production machines. In the lab setup, this ensures that quality parameters are consistently met.

Dyeing

With fully computerized machines from Thies Germany, our dyeing division is geared up to produce 5,000 kg of yarn per day. Automation gives us an edge in repeatability, with all parameters being computer controlled. We have the capability to dye cotton and its blends, and spun yarns of various fibers.

Winding


This is a critical process in the dyeing procedure, with the end result being largely dependant on the quality of the soft package put into the dyeing machine. Swiss machinery from SSM ensures precision in the wound package, both during soft winding, and after dyeing in the re-winding process.

Quality


Our state of the art laboratory runs numerous tests at various defined intervals covering all quality aspects. Our lab blends latest machinery with expertise to give customers the best of quality, every time.
